This was how the Germans spent their 20cpp for 14N.

I1 Rifle Coy (R) 6 cpp
I2 Stoss Pltn (R) 2
I3 Pioneer Pltn (R) 4
M1 Forts 2 (mines + concealment)
G3 INF Batt 4
M2 Sniper 1

That's 19, and we banked 1 for 20 total.

One of our main rules in spending CPP was to buy troops cheap (reserve). From 16D through and including 22D, ALL of our infantry purchases were reserve purchases. Brian, being an honorary member of the "Cheap Bastards" club, was adamant in not spending more than the reserve cost. I can easily see us buying a Rifle Coy and a Pltn for 8, then 2 on forts, if we had realized we only should of had 10 CPP.

That makes the difference, one pioneer pltn (reserve), a gun battery, and an increased sniper. Doesn't seem ALL that great...does it?
