On behalf of the Tournament Director, I would like to announce the fourth edition of the Villeurbanne tournament, near Lyons, France.
The tournament shall take place on 28-30 March, starting on Friday evening and closing on Sunday afternoon.
The venue is located in one building (ground level) of the "Lyons 1" university (building "DOMUS", 43 Boulevard du 11 novembre 1918, 69100 VILLEURBANNE). Parking your car is very easy and free.
The venue can be reached from the main railway station of Lyons (la part-Dieu) after a short tram ride (15 minutes).
Tournament fee is 45 EUR (includes food).
Inexpensive hotels are available at a five-minute drive from the tournament venue.

19 players have expressed their wish to attend.
Under the TD specs, I arranged a scenario bouquet, mixing old and new releases. ABS shall follow in February.

J2=J1+ Gurkhas/British set up on hill hexes five hexes or less from 62Z10.
J1= Exchange two Japanese 4-4-8s for two 4-4-7s.
GB1= Add a 8-0 to the Japanese OB and decrease British SAN to 3.
GB2=GB1+ the two Japanese 70* INF Guns are Elite for Ammo depletion purposes.
GB3=GB2+ Remove one Lee from Turn 3 British reinforcements.

Tournament SSR: The German radio repairs on a dr 1-3 and is not disabled on a repair dr of 6.
