New player here, so if this is answered already, I apologise:
1. Verbose logfiles:
I noticed in the Joy of VASL PBEM pdf (http://www.garykrockover.com/vassal/The_Joys_of_VASL_PBEM.pdf) the log file example actually lists off the movements, e.g.,
* S8: 7-4-7 moves S7 *
I can't figure out how to get a vlog to do this with the latest version of VASL (4.6.2). It's not really necessary, since it still moves the unit, but I liked having the 'verbose' output as a reference point. Is there any way to get that automatically? (I can manually type it, of course.)
2. Movement. The macbook doesn't have a keypad; is there a way to custom define movement keys, e.g., N, NE, NW, S, SE, SW, etc. to something else which are default defined for the numbers on the keypad? Or is there some trick on a Macbook keyboard to do this? (Right now I just click and move the unit, but I'd like to just move it with the keyboard.)
