Vehicular red B#

What does it mean when the breakdown number for your tanks's main armament is red? Can't find it in the rules.

You need to look in the Vehicle Notes.

E.g., Chinese Multi-Applicable Vehicle Note E:
"E. The MA and all MG have B11. This is signified by “B11” in red on the counter (bold in the Vehicle Listing). ..."

It means the weapon may catch fire if the TH roll is <= half the Kindling number of whatever Terrain you're firing at.
