Vehicle Exit of Building

In general there are no restrictions on leaving. If you are the last one leaving, it's always polite to turn off the lights. Factories are a bit odd in that fully tracked vehicles pay normal building entrance costs to leave the building if not through a vehicular-sized entrance, but the rule doesn't say the other restrictions (CT, BU) apply in this case [B23.742]. It's hard to believe the other restrictions don't apply when leaving a factory that way.
