VCA change question

Trying to find out if the VCA change DRM’s apply for the following cases below.
A STUG III (NT) is moving during MPh.
After moving several hexes it changes it’s VCA to bring a target into covered arc.

#1 It then fires at target. Would a VCA change DRM apply?
#2 It then stops and fires at target. Would a VCA change DRM apply?
#3 It then moves one more hex stops then fires. Would a VCA DRM apply?

During the friendly MPh CA changes do not apply to a moving vehicle, and in fact weapons can't fire out of CA. Per 3.3.2.2, "Covered Arc change DRM (Case 8) never apply to a Bounding First Firing unit."

Cases B & C will apply, so for the second and third cases the DRM are +5 (assuming in LOS for > 3 MP), and +5 plus the lower dr is doubled for the first case (plus all other applicable DRM, e.g. BU, TEM, Hindrance, etc.).
