I deleted some old VASL/ VASSAL files and it changed all of my old VASL files to generic files that cannot be readily id'd by the computer.

I can load them up by going through VASL 3.2.17 and 'load saved game'.

I just tried to re-load an old saved file with 3.2.17/ 6.4.2 and then save the game but Iam getting the same generic file.

What did i do & how can I fix this? Thanks.

Assuming Win 10 try right-clicking on the file and choose "Open with..." Then click the "More apps" link and then pick the VASSAL app. -Sully

Win 8 but that worked. Thanks
