VASL room problems

Just went on line to the VASL room with my brand spankin' new VASL. The problem is, is that while I can pick up the conversations of the people playing a scenario I can't get the board or pieces to appear. What's up with that?

Did you ask to 'sync' with them? Was there an error message when you tried to sync? If you're not synced you can still read the log-file, just not see the pictures.

Do you have the board(s) that are used in the particular scenario you're trying to sync with down-loaded from the VASL site?

These are the possible reasons I can think of.

OK Alan you have definitly hit onto something, no I didn't ask to sync with them. How do you do that?

right click on a player in that room and you should see an option called "synchronize".ask nicely first tho
