Gents, as the topic line says, the night league now has it's 16th player. So we are full up. If someone would like to join as an alternate, feel free. You will get in if there are any dropouts, but only the starting 16 are eligible to actually win it.

To the guys signed up, as soon as I get everyone's email and we are only missing one, should have it by days end, I will send out a group email, just going over the ground rules. Matchups will be in the same email and you boys can get an early start.

Have fun storming the castle boys. If you can see it in the dark........
Carl

Perham (Allies) defeated Willow(Axis) in ASL 101 Throwing Down The Gauntlet in Round 1. Thanks to Will for another good, close game.

Kevin Killeen and I made a start on our playing of ASL-177 "Anabasis" this evening. Kevin has the defending Finns, whilst I have the attacking (SS) Germans.

3 turns in (and although I had envisioned a more subtle game of trying to evade his pickets on route to the objective hill), it has instead turned into a vicious firefight......

John.

We pay our money to see blood on the floor. Don't need no stinking subtlety.

3 turns to go. in ASL-177 "Anabasis". The difficulty in subduing the Fins is making it slow going. Nice to have HoBed the 10-2 leader to a 10-3, though....

Great game Nate, best of luck in the upcoming rounds. Might take a shot at a AAR if I have the time as it was a really good match. V

I have received a game result report from Kevin Killeen that he was able to win over John Knowles in this game. This will be recorded both in the League and on ROAR. Thanks gentlemen.
