I'm on a roll.

Is it possible to have a "redo" button?

Sometimes when using the undo button one goes too far and it would be cool to be able to undo the undo.

Please, is it possible to have PFZs as draggable overlays so they stay on map as wrecks do? They're a significant los factor and when the PFZ counter disappears on F10 or CRTL F10 its confusing.
Timing of your request is perfect. I had started work on this very issue today resulting from an earlier similar request concerning cow counters. I hope to have a bunch of these sorted in 6.6.7.

If I "CR and send to casualty bin" a unit it is automatically moved to the top of the stack thus losing possession of any SW it was under. It's a minor bug. Unless I misunderstand it as a feature?
No misunderstanding. I could not fix this at the time I created the Casbin. But I know more now. I will try again.

You undo, then simply click the PgDn or Arrow forward...
Am I missing something?
Is it not a game mechanic?

Small issuing using VASL 6.6.6. The Russian 6-2-8 Assault Engineer (morale is not underlined), does not have an ELR option under the HOB listing.
This is a known/open issue. We have been reluctant to tackle it for fear that it might cause greater problems giving the complexity of Russian BH/ELR changes - with multiple paths. Not fixing it forces users to pull the correct counter themselves. Having spent considerable time trying to get the Finnish counters to behave properly, it feels like the right risk-mitigation strategy to me. But it remains on our list as an issue. . .

Strange Carrier A, stack position VBM counter bug

I'm on 3.6.19 and VASL 6.6.7beta2.1

Just noticed that when i stack a British carrier A with other units and move it down in the stack with the down cursor it generates a VBM counter on the top of the stack.

When it is at the bottom of the stack, if I keep hitting down arrow, it keeps generating VBM counters.

EDIT - I am playing on a PT map, although I doubt that makes a difference. I can confirm that this behaviour occurs with each vehicle type I have tried to use also.

This is due to the new method of adding a VBM counter that I added to the 667beta. Similar to the popup/keystroke method for adding an ACQ counter. For the menu, look for it under the Move item.

I picked a bunch of exotic keystrokes to try and avoid a conflict with other functionality. Obviously that did not work as well as I had hoped. There is clearly a keystroke overlap. I will change the keystrokes before 667 is officially released in November.

Thanks for pointing this out. It is what beta versions are for!

So, you can add a vbm counter and have it rotated to the correct position with a single keystroke or from the popup menu. Much easier than finding it in the counter palette, dragging it into position and then rotating it, don't you think? Feedback so far has been positive.

One can work around it but it's a pain. It would need to be adjustable in AT factors too.

I've looked and I don't think there is one existing.

Another request! Could we please have a NO IR counter. It's quite rare to have IR depletable, so I don't think it justifies inclusion in the depletable ammo menu, but an addition to Fire/Ammo would be appreciated.

Wow, sometimes I amaze myself! Would it be possible to have FH's added to either the crest button in the main menu or the TI drop down. Considering how often I entrench it would be easier to have them more accessible.

Hmmm. . . . of course it's possible. But what would be the point? The ASLRB clearly anticipates the use of a AT mine counter. Why make a
DC specific counter?

Adding them to the Crest item would be the way to go I think. I will add it to the job jar.

Because they are a PiTA to HIP so if you have a HIP unit or a concealed unit possessing a DC it's more work than if it was a specific nationality SW.

On tabletop the grey core works (mostly) in a concealed stack but as you know a system counter won't conceal in a nationality stack.

Good points. I suspect that it wouldn't move with a stack either.

Unless someone has found a good workaround (anyone???), I will add this to the list.

As a workaround, you can probably use a label on the possessing unit instead of a counter, and add a dummy to the stack to restore the stack size to what it should be.

Korea Terrain in Effect Button

ATM it takes numerous tabs/clicks to effect the necessary changes for KW terrain.

Would it be possible to combine these changes in one button a la PTO? With the paddy field season button on the same tab?
