VASL Map for China-Burma-India HASL?

Hi guys, I am in VASL and been searching for the VASL Map for the St Louis ASL Club's nice looking HASL for the China-Burma-India theater: Roadblack at Mithwephok. The nice paper HASL map for the village is not in VASL from what I see but maybe it is listed differently, if anyone knows where this map is, please let me know what the abbreviation is.
