VASL Auto report moves not recorded in logfile.

@Stewart, what versions are you using? If you duplicate the steps I did above and load the logfile, do you see the auto-reported move text when moving by keypad or menu, the second and third methods I used?

There is no preferences setting to allow the moves to be recorded in the .vlog

That's not the AUTO report?

I'm seeing this problem too, and in live play - not just the log files. On VASL 6.6.3.1, 6.6.3. I've tried those with VASSAL 3.5.8, 3.6.0, and 3.6.5.

This had fallen off my radar for some reason. We are working on it now and hopefully we can get a fix into 6.6.4

Thanks for your sleuthing, everyone. Fix is in for 6.6.4, so keyboard moves will be reported in chat window and logs for both players.
