VASL 6.4.4 vs 6.4.1

My opponent and I are attempting to play a PbeM game. I have 6.4.4 and he has 6.4.1. We both have "let opponent unconceal my units" but no matter, neither of us can unconceal each other. It has brought our game to a halt.

Has anyone else reported that the releases are incompatible with each other or any other type of issues like this?

I have not encountered such thing before.

But generally, you are well advised to both use identical versions of VASL. This is not unlikely going to fix your issue. At least it is a good try for a quick fix.

It is possible to have various versions of VASL parallel on your machine. The only thing you might need to do is to switch the board-folder and extensions-folder in the Preferences depending on where you have them pointing at.
