Yessir I am, Sept 27th. Wedding with a seven day cruise to follow. Prior to that, the last few days beforehand will be very busy with final prep, family in town, etc. Hence my 10 day window.

Well you better get busy and play CM like a mad man until then. You world will never be the same again, and neither will your gaming.:bite::smoke:

Hi ernies - you're in

The casualties are to reflect more of a RL situation where you go to combat during prolonged conflict without a full ToE.

Example - if you are purchasing 1000pts of units under 20% casualties, you actally purchase 1250 pts and the AI randomly eliminates 20% of them before the deployment screen, so you end up with 1000 pts' worth to deploy.

You could lose ANYTHING - from extreme cases of losing 1 man in every 5 across the board, to losing say 1 unit worth of 250pt.

After 21st July - I then send the map out for round 1 to start 28th July.
If we get 12 players I'll do 4 pools of 3, if we get 16 a 4 round KO and so on...

...turnaround times are pretty lenient - I'll "chase" once all pairings bar 2 have finished

HOWEVER - if I get 16 I think I'll start within 48 hours of getting the 16.

...okay, originally I was going to go with 4 x 3 player tables, winner of each 3-some is in semi-finals.

So, assume you have 3 players (A, B and C), and

A (Axis) 91-9 (Allied) B
B (Axis) 42-58 (Allied) C
C (Axis) 52-48 (Allied) A

...in this scenario, B is bottom with 2 losses.
A and C both have one win and one draw, but A would go through on the pts scored...even though C "beat" A in the draw...

...so by opting for a 16-player KO style, you only get kicked out if you lose overall to one player
