Jim has completed an update to DA which brings the system to v2.04 dated 12 June 2005. I have been using the new version for several days and it does appear to finally fix the scoring issues. I did see one unit during a playtest that was showing as being at 1064% strength on the unit report, and I don't currently have any explanation for what caused that as all the other units appeared to be normal. If I can track it down again I will send it to Jim.
This version fixes the scroing problems on the victory menu, so hopefully we won't have to deal with that particular problem again. Jim also mentioned that he incorporated a few of the changes from the military version, although none of them were the major changes from that version. I believe it was all behind-the-scenes stuff that simply made the game more stable and/or playable. He did not give me a list of changes.
The update was sent to HPS several days ago. Hopefully, the HPS webmater will post it today or tomorrow.
