Use of "simple html"

In the developer's guide it states that you can use simple html. It gives an example of using bold and colored fonts. Can you use text-decorations, such as overline, underline and line-through? If so does someone know the simple html implementation for those?

[EDIT} I found the old <strike> works in a Text Label. I was getting too wrapped up in the new CSS stuff.
