To make the smoke less toxic. Perhaps we need the smoke rules re-written so that if a unit moves through three consecutive smoke hexes it has to make a TC against developing cancer?

Oh, I didn't think they would die during the scenario! I was thinking that if the scenario has CVP-based victory conditions, the units that fail their cancer TC are counted towards CVP with some sort of deflator for how many years after the scenario's conclusion they are expected to expire. :bite: / :laugh:
