Urban Map Texture

Are there any urban/city map textures out there other than MajorH's pattern released some time ago?

Don M? Yours, from Map821c for example, is outstanding. Is there a texture or is each locale hand drawn. If so, any hints?

Same question I had in another topic.
IIFC, the Cities/Towns, Roads & Trails were all hand finished and not textured.
