Hi all!

I know that to control a building location you must have a GOOD ORDER MMC in it. But are unarmed MMC (after swimming) considered valid in this case ?

Yes. As long as they're not broken, berserk, captured or held in Melee. See A.7
'A unit can be ... unarmed and still be considered in Good Order'.

Hence why it's always fun to try to get some hapless Germans across the canal in PB to get behind Major Howard and his boys :)

Guys,

To control building locations, hexes, buildings, etc, etc,... you have to have an ARMED Good Order MMC.

So if you swim across, you can't gain control unless you re-arm.

Only thing left to do is to roll a 2 DR for "scrougning" (I never applied that rule and find it often irrealistic)...
