U11 Thrust and Parry

From the just making sure I got this right files, in Scenario U11 Thrust and Parry, the Victory Conditions state "The Americans win at game end if they have > or equal to 1 Good Order MMC with LOS to, and within 6 hexes, of Q2/Q3/R2." Does this mean Americans win if 1 Good Order MMC has LOS to and is within 6 hexes of any one of those three hexes, or does it mean the MMC needs to have LOS and be within 6 hexes of all three? Seems to boil down to the meaning of the "/" as used above (is it "or", "and", something else)?
