1) When mist exists at light mist or greater, can smoke be used? The special rules state that light mist is equivalent to "heavy rain."
2) During the intial purchase of units for the first campaign day of KGP IV, can the reinforcements noted with a double cross be purchased? Some confusion on my part on whether or not this note applies to KGP I only or to both KGP I and IV.
