As per A8.312 TPBF: An armed, unbroken Infantry DEFENDER not in Melee must after all Residual-FP/minefield/OBA attacks then immediately attack any Infantry/Cavalry MMC unit that enters its Location during the MPh whether it uses Defensive First Fire, Subsequent First Fire, or FPF.

Should a Human Wave unit enter in the MPh into a building location containing an enemy unit marked with Final Fire, this enemy unit must make FPF against the HW unit upon the first MF spent in entering the Location.

The question is: is it mandatory for the enemy unit to make a second FPF attack upon the second MF spent in entering its location?

No. One FPF shot must be take versus the enemy units as they enter the hex. A shot on the second MF is not required. Further FPF shots would be required as additional enemy units enter the Location. See A8.41 EXample, second paragraph.

This.

And note that it can be a tactic to organize a HW or even more a Banzai Charge in a way that you will force FPF on your opponent.

Ok, thank you guys. Just one additional doubt. When the HW unit enters the hex, the hex is marked with a CC counter. Does it prevent the HW unit from firing in the AFPh?

Going back to this example. Assume that the unit attacked by the HW (or a berserk unit) is a 1-2-7 crew in a stone building. If already marked with Final Fire when the HW enters its Location, the ensuing FPF would be 1x3/2=1 FP +DRM 2 (+3 TEM, -1 FFNAM), with a best result (taking into account the possible cowering) of PTC which would have no effect on a HW unit.
Considering that this FPF attack would make no effect, is still mandatory, for the possibility to trigger a Sniper attack?

There is the case where the attack is less than 1 FP (EX. 1-2-7 in Final and pinned).
FPF would then just be a NMC (that could trigger a SAN) and nothing else.
