Towers in the advance phase.

SSR defines a tower with a level 2 location. If a 1/2 squad moves into the ground level may it advance to the level 2 location? Don't see anything in B34 about advance phase for towers? TIA

It sounds a lot like a factory rooftop access point but the rules don't say anything about the locations being adjacent.

I don't see why not, as @clubby pointed out the rules for ascending and descending are similar for factory rooftops.
