Very nice and well done you!I've been teaching a guy here at work for a year now. Going through the Starter Kits. We're into SK 3. Let's call him Ethan, because that is his name. We play at lunch. Some weeks 2-3 times a week. Sometimes we go a few weeks without playing due to scheduling conflicts. Another coworker has shown interest in learning and I ran him through a quick tutorial about a month ago. FYI, we are 95% remote. I'm the only one in the office every day. Ethan is 3-4 times a week, mostly. This new guy Chris came in on Tuesday to say he is ready to play and will be in on Thursday to start. GREAT. I said. "Ethan, you play Chris and teach him." I set them up today and they started Retaking Vierville.
Yeah guy is real good.@Ric -- I know you and Guy came up playing Starter Kit with each other and attained some pretty good fundamentals from it.
Oh no Steve is set up too far forward.
That's what I call "a classic"...
The journey resumes! Good gunnin to you.Setup my 2nd scenario as the US and the first time in 10 years (I guess its the second time in 10 years...lol)

Do you mean 3I1?That's what I call another "classic".
Not in this scenario but in another one of the "early ones" there is the all-time vexing question of the specifics of hex 3I4:
Most of this, I will have to look up again each and every time, when this particular hex 3I4 is in play...
- How much does a vehicle pay to enter it along the road, how much does Infantry?
- Will it be on the road, in the Building or in the Woods?
- What if it turns in the hex?
- Can the building be bypassed? (IIRC, the artwork differs on old mounted boards and newer SK-style/VASL boards.)
- Bog Check required for exiting the hex via a non-road hexside?

I have a ToTR scenario design (in playtest for MMP) and a Starter Kit scenario design (in playtest for New England Volunteers) that use RW1.I cut out overlay RW1 (Runway) from SK Expansion Pack 2, I believe (even though I will probably never use it).
Far better than the bitd overlay that was used to cover the runway on board (?).I have a ToTR scenario design (in playtest for MMP) and a Starter Kit scenario design (in playtest for New England Volunteers) that use RW1.
Nice overlay, you might get to use it!
I played Commando Schenke recently, 1941 so Commissars are allowed correct?
