well it should come with windows xp but if u have delited it or not get it with your comp then yes u have 2 pay

A graphics board is a great idea(i think i thought this before but i didn't want to say anything). i got adobe photoshop 7.

I would do it myself, but my mum uninstalled PhotoshopCS2 and took my disk coz i was making fakeIDs.

Photoshop is a bit better if you can your hands on it, got a couple of new features that are useful, but they got rid of one or two features that were really good DAMN THEM! lol, anyways, just wanted to say that I've put up two tuts now,
