Chris,

Nice article, thanks. You must put an amazing amount of time into writing those.

Thanks for sharing.

I had too much Captain Morgan Black last night.

Head hurts and I have a Christmas luncheon to go to.

At least DnD was fun

Chris, Thanks for the informative posting. The detailed history of the 'French Venture' is quite interesting, and funny as well. Personally, I got a real taste of nostalgia with the Gauloise reference. I used to roll that stuff in my early 20's, now THAT'S a man's roll-your-own tobacco! I had forgotten all about it, and the Old Holborn as well.:smoke:

Thanks for reading Dave. Looking forward to your next blog post. What happened to the visit to Nippon?

Great work as usual Chris.

Thanks Andy. I need to get crackin' on another article now. ;)

Too kind Paul. Thanks. But I would have preferred a dram of Olli's finest instead.

I now want everything LFT.
Well, the Rat Packs at the very least. :)

Not as raunchy as Turkish or Russian tabac, but hardcore nonetheless. Glad the piece prompted a bit of nostalgia.

Great job, Chris!

Cheers, Jeff (in the midst of FTC#4 and waiting patiently for the Axis Minors pack)
Thanks Jeff.

I really need to convince the guys to play "In the Mouth of Madness" when we meet next on 28 December.

Chris Doary: the Peter Jackson of ASL writers: long-winded, overblown and ultimately pretty dang entertaining!

Good grief!

Long-winded? Check.

Overblown? Check.

Entertaining? I dunno.

Best not to pass judgement until after you read the other two posts in the trilogy. ;)
Well, the thread caused me to create a new thread recommending that LFT replace HOB in the Unofficial Company Support Forums. :smoke:

Cool Joe, I also just ordered LFT # 10, 11, 12 and 13. Looks like 9-1 are out of print. But you can get the first LFT 1-12 scenarios downloads.
