Think Pete Carroll left for a reason?
Shall we say I think it was no coincidence he decided that this was they year to take the outlandish NFL offer. 'Course 7 large is a lot of reasons to bail as well.

I'm at least bemused that Lane Kiffin, who was part of the reason they got put on probation in the first place, walked back into the gig to take on the penalty. Karmic payback? At least in this case, some of those involved are paying the price despite the coaching change.

Why don't some of these schools sue the former coaches for breach of contract? Seems to me they would have a case.

I would not let them blow on my vuvuzela.

IF THIS picture is what world cup soccer is about, well, golly, LET ME IN!

I particularly like how the blonde is standing at attention with her fists cupped properly.....

And they look like very good "succer" fans indeed; 16 girls, one world-cup. :bite:

Speaking of standing at attention... ah, nevermind... :shy:

It was mentioned that if Poland and England got to play in the World Cup the whole country would grind to a halt!!!!

I never bothered with it and was a little disapointed that USA did not get a win.

Still only a few more weeks of shite to put up with.

I hate 90 min Patriots!!!!!! Unlike the USA British troops leave for the conflict zones without much of a whisper. No public display of suport or well wishes but but a bunch of twits on a field, give them a ball and too much money and you have thousands suddenly paying attenion. It makes me feel a little sick really.

Spain succesfully cured my countrymates from "90 min Patriot" syndrome for the time. The medicine is brutal and invasive, consist of 6 painful goal injections in 90 minutes...

Good! Lame Kiffin deserves everything that's coming to him! He's a complete dbag! :nada: I wonder if he can somehow blame this on Urban Meyer? :)
