No to W14...the alternate grain links to W13 (which you would place in red now)

AA10 is good part of your purple.

CC17 not CC18

DD17 good

EE17 not EE18

FF17 good

GG17 not GG18...all now part of your deep blue.

V6 not V5

W6 good

X6 not X5

Y6 good

Z6 not Z5

AA6 good

BB6 not BB5...now all part of your yellow.

EE9 not EE10

DD9 good

CC9 not CC10

BB9 good

AA9 not AA10

Z9 good...now all part of your yellow.

When an alternate hex grain is call for like A9 to H9...you follow the "9" coordinate along that grain up/down always following where "9" would lead you in this EX. Same if it was M12 to X12....follow the "12s".

Ya thats too confusing and gives me headaches just looking at deciphering all that text. Perhaps someone can do an actual graphic of bothsides set-up areas to lesson the confusion.

I don't do VASL.

The short answer for you is basically you are one hex off every other hex in most cases. Follow this...When an alternate hex grain is call for like A9 to H9...you follow the "9" coordinate along that grain up/down always following where "9" would lead you in this EX. Same if it was M12 to X12....follow the "12s".

Maybe some one else can take time out of their day to help you.

Please is also a helpful word to know...so is thank you.
