I can confirm that I seem to be able to reliably not have the problem and have the problem - depending on using the "back up one line" button is VASL. If I start a log and never press it, I never see the problem. Right after I press the "back up one line button" the problem starts and stays until the current log is ended. Happened every time I tried it.

So the "back-up one line" is the Undo button, second from the left in the main map?
