Tank w/ ACQ fires into melee

Hi fellow ASL'ers

Semi strange situation. A tank in VBM in e4 (doesn't matter I think) fires at melee in F3. He's got a 1 ACQ on my guys (regular ACQ, not the big area one). Is the To Hit the same for my men as for his own? Am I easier to hit because of the acquisition?

Both enemy and friendly units are valid targets due to being in melee (A7.4). C6.51, last sentence :

A ½" Acquired-counter DRM applies only to all Known units (/bridge) in that target Location, even if only one such unit therein was previously acquired.

So, yes, the -1 acq applies to all known units int he stack.
