Tangled Up in Blue--looking for pre game advice

I'm playing TANGLED UP IN BLUE, A116 from the 97 Annual.

I could use any pregame advice that my fellow ASLers might have for me.

I note the ROAR on it is 23 USA, 20 IJA.

I'll also note the primo importance of the trail for preventing a quick exit.
