ASL Scenario I (?) Bucholz Station has the US beginning the scenario with a dm HMG as 'passenger' on a jeep. Is this an unpossessed SW that must be recovered? Can the jeep "drop" it, or must it be unloaded? Does the inherent Driver unload it, or must some infantry load onto the jeep, grab it, and unload with it... or can they just pick it up off the back (SW transfer).... you get the idea... how does getting this HMG work? TIA

Someone has to climb on
and then carry it off.
Deliberate scenario design to make it a little bit harder for the 50 Cal to come off the jeep.
See last line of D6 .5

Hmmm.... It seems like they have to recover the SW first, as well... at least that's what I get from a first look at D6.31 Recovery... although it would feel clearer to me if the last line included my additions: "...Otherwise, SW must be Recovered by Infantry and (un)loaded as the Infantry (un)loads."
