Regarding S? Placement in rule S4.1c in the woods/brush "bunch". The portion of the paragraph I'm asking about is:
(b) One S? in each woods/brush Location...and is either part of >= three connected woods/brush Locations....
Now, the at-start roll was "odd". So I placed a S? in hex Q3 because it is part of >=3 connected woods/brush Locations.
Question: Should a S? be placed in R3? Depends if the rule means "R3 is part of a [overall] bunch that has >= 3 three connected woods/brush Locations" or if it means, "R3 is the center of a bunch that has >= three other connected woods/brush Locations." Make sense? How is this interpreted.
In the former, R3 should have a S? In the latter, R3 would not have an S?
P.S. Ignore the strange numbers in the hexes, this screenshot is not from VASL.
