Just what makes a unit surrender?

Attacked while combat ineffective and or logistics consumed are clear. But....

Playing the Germany 1 scenario 3/23AD started turn 10 at 84% combat power and 56% logistics. Red's major combat units were already hammered outside Halle, 3/23 was advancing through rear area to take out artillery and ADA units, etc. See screenshot.

During the turn, 3/23 tore through the rear area causing huge damage and taking less than 1% damage from any Red attack.

Yet shortly before the end of turn 10 it surrendered! After being attacked by a Supply Brigade!

Couple possibilities....

- It probably got suppressed slightly in every fight, which increases the probability of surrender

- It may have gone out of good C2 range, which increases the probability of surrender

- All those less than 1% losses will add up, too. :)
