I have found they only will answer things that won't point out a glaring design issue. Go there and ask hard questions and it will be soundly ignored.

I recall that the tech support forum was a dead zone as far as BFC was concerned even during the worst parts of the CMx2 release. But maybe I'm only remembering the complaints.

It went months with no one from BFC replying to a single issue. In fact, I started a thread about the lack of official reposnse to TacAI issues. And it got, guess what...no response.
