Sunken RR overlays

DB had RR 1 to 14 which were 7 ground level rr and 7 elevated rr overlays.
I have version 1 and I checked.
VASL and the file on Texas ASL website have references to sunken rr overlays. I’m wondering where they came from.

RR13 is a Sunken RR.

I think the sunken RR on the Texas ASL site are part of a forthcoming publication from BFP that features scenarios with railroads.
