Hello to all, a question about Street Fighting:

A concealed 666 US squad is in 3R5 when a German SPW 251/1 moves to 3S6, so the americans decide to use CC Reaction Fire and in this case, Street Fighting is applicable (D7.211), but what happens if the squad don´t passes his PAATC? is now pinned and losses concealment?

Thanks

He's good (just pinned). Taking/failing a PAATC is not a concealment loss activity (see ? Table).

so, can the squad become pinned and maintain concealment?
Yes. Unless the PAATC was forced upon him by the vehicles entry into the location (Concealment CASE A). Otherwise, becoming pinned is, itself, not ?-loss activity, nor is taking/failing a voluntary PAATC (Case C).

P.S. a good rule of thumb with concealment issues: always check the Concealment Table first!:)

He doesn't lose concealment, because a PAATC is a concealment loss only if the vehicle enters the squad's hex - see cases A and C of the Concealment Gain/Loss table.
(I just answered that precise question on FB).
