Stream Orchard LOS

A unit A is at level 0 in an orchard hex with 4 Stream-orchard hexes between it and an enemy unit B- with LOS entering the stream depiction in the hex adjacent to unit A and then never leaving the stream depiction.
Do the units have LOS to eachother? If so what is the hindrance?
Would it be different if the stream was dry? Hindrance? Thanks.

I don't know if it is possible, but if you can, I would suggest that you deleted this thread, as there already is one on the topic in the rules & errata folder.
