Gamers,

We would like to announce that Bullethead, long time resident period expert, has joined the Storm Eagle Studios design team.

Bullet has been working with us since late winter and brings a wealth of knowledge in the WWI Naval Arena. In the late 1990s, early 2000s, Bullet worked with Paul Schaffer on is WWI Crusier Project.

The addition of Bullethead has allowed us to expand the number of ships and increase the detail at the same time.

Salute!

This is great news! Congratulations to Bullethead!

If his contributions to this forum in the past are any indication, we will all benefit very greatly from his involvement with the development of Jutland.

Wonderful news for Storm Eagle, for Bullethead ... and for us!

Now get working on those zeppelin rules, Bullethead. Oh, and keep an eye on color saturation! ;) ;) ;)

Slim

We have added two hue/saturation settings , one for the environment, one for the non-environment, i.e. ships, etc.

More later!

Congratulations, Bullethead!

However, i do sincerely hope that this does not mean that your contribution to this forum will diminish.

Thanks all for the props :D

I thought Bullethead was quiet around here lately, now we know why...
Yup, that's the reason. I haven't had much free time lately :D. That'll teach me to shoot my mouth off

I myself would like to thank Jim and Norm for giving me this opportunity, and them plus Madashellestes for putting up with me so far. They haven't fired me yet and it's been about 8 months now :surprise:

Now I'm sure the main thing folks here want to know is this: what can you blame on me come release day? Mostly, that'll be ship stats, as Jim intimated. Now if you all will excuse me, I've got to get back to sewing up my flame-proof skivvies

Gratz, Bullethead !
I remember that u are very well informed about the topic u are working at, still, there were some argues with you and me in summer 2006, as far as I remember.
Well, that were nice discussions, and I hope we will get more of these, even knowing that English is not my native and Jutland is far from release.

Bullet points...:]

If you guys think Bullethead's post are extensive, you should see his design reports!

The man sees more detail than anyone I have ever seen!

I predict that he will become the next Charlie Kibler...:]

Bullithead this is great news. I did not see this as I have been in limbo for a month or two.
I have been pouring over all the data that I could get my hands on and I can not hardly wait till the latter part of the game comes into form.

Glad to see you get the job!

Wow. I think that's the most extreme case of thread necrophilia I've ever seen!

I was about to post 'but I thought he already was', until I read the dates.

Now this baby is walking and talking after nearly 4 years dead, lets form a preservation society, get it dry docked somewhere and charge admission :)

Yes, I think it's the only surviving pre-dreadnought thread!

B.H., I've always thought you were working for SES. With the degree of knowledge you display with all things naval and your demonstrated commitment to the sim I just assumed.... Well, we all know what assuming does.

Congrats to both you and SES!! The folks who really make out are all of the people who enjoy the end product or your joint efforts.... Again, glad you'll be around for the long term.....
