I'd say there's no list available, at least I know of none which is publicly accessible. Possibly Ray Tapio could know as he will know to which stores he is selling. Maybe your best bet might be to sent him an email with your question.

In Germany 'Udo Grebe Game Design (UGG)' and 'Fantasy En'Counter'.

AFAIK, the former does not stock it any more but has some left-overs yet unsold. The latter has quite a number of CH stuff but the prices are high.

These are the only two that I am aware of. There are no game stores around my area that sell any kind of board war games. It's all Flames of War, Warhammer and, of course, Magic: The Gathering.

They sell quite a few CH and MMP products through Amazon. Excellent customer service in my experience.
