I have seen exchanges between people discussing the merits of the Tabletop Simulator, but I forget in which forums I saw it. I’ll do a google advanced search and come back.

it was in BoardGameGeek: ASL TTS discussion

There are a couple people on the ASL Discord that play ASLSK over TTS. I find it a bit fiddly and feature-lite for ASL.

Bought and used TTS ASLSK for all of 5 mins. It's featureless ASL game pieces in dumb graphics. Hated it. Didn't cost TOO much money but I always hate wasting it.

Then there's the super intelligent feature rich VASL done by real ASL'rs that's available and maintained for free - go figure.

There are some other TTS modules that are good.
