When I was last active in IL about 90% of the SK players said they had no intention to moving to full ASL at all and were happy with SK only.

So I personally don’t think this is the case. Next they want SK for the desert ?

You are right and I am aware of that.
I have since a long time accepted that the SK modules line has nearly nothing to do about helping newcomers move towards full ASL anymore.
But I still have a small hope that the initial aim of the SKs will apply in some cases. Illusory a hope, perhaps.

That view might be skewed. The percentage of current SK players who don't want to move to full ASL could be that high because those who DO want to move to full ASL do so after 5-10 games with the SK - and then, they aren't SK players any more. So only those who don't want to move remain.
