Stumbled across this while reading an article on Roadside Picnic:

Stalker - the SciFi Roleplaying Game is the one and only true "Stalker" roleplaying game, based on the novel Roadside Picnic by Arkady andBoris Strugatsky but brought to the modern times and modern audiences. The Finnish-language original was released in 2008 to rave reviews. The leading daily newspaper named it as one of the top culture events of the year. Years of insistence by hardcore fans lead to it being translated into English and now here we are.

STALKER RPG is published with the permission and license from Boris Strugatsky, who will also be receiving royalties for every copy sold. This makes it the only official "Stalker" roleplaying game out there and your support to a literary genius is highly appreciated.

STALKER RPG uses an innovative diceless game system called FLOW that emphasizes player participation, role immersion and the use of rules as a catalyst to great roleplaying moments.

It sounds pretty good. LuLu has a print-on-demand copy for $19, which isn't bad as the rules run around 244 pages!

Think I will grab a copy. Haven't played a RPG is years, but I am on a Stalker collecting binge. :)

Forgot all about this game. Nope, never gave it a try. Not much for non-PC RPGs. I was hoping we would have a new Stalker by now, but I guess not. :(
