I believe it was reprinted in the "HOB Update" pack (or something), sans the counters.

You may want to check out the re-re-release of Hell's Bridgehead by Critical Hit, it looks like it will have black ss counters and iirc Dave Lamb indicated that he signed off on proofs for it so it should be printing soon. I have the first edition of this one and it is a very nice little module. The black ss counters are mostly a thing of a past, if you had been on these boards a year ago someone might have been able to set you up with a set.
