Do these little beauties have the Optional 4FP CMG or not in the CG?

Can't find a ruling either way.

D1.84 doesn't clear things up as there's no counter in the CG roster and there's none on any scenario card as far as I can see.

If the rules do not specify that the optional armament is present, then I don't think it is.

You would need an SSR/CG-rule something like KGP SSR CG8.

CG8. OPTIONAL VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT: All desired optional armament (e.g., AAMG; bow-mounted FT [U.S. Vehicle Note F]) must be rolled for individually (H1.41). Consult the applicable Vehicle Note(s). If so equipped, no additional CPP cost is assessed. For Schürzen see SSR KGP14. For Gyrostabilizers see SSR KGP17.
