"Special" German Halftracks

Can the extra equipment on some of the german tracks (251/sMG, 251/2) such as the HMG or 81mm be removed during setup? If I am moving on board, do they have to be on the track or can I remove the weapon with the half squad/crew?

Unlesss the SSR allows it, the equipment must start on the vehicle as mustthe HS.
