MASL goes to Spaceeee.

I think a Space Force squad must be an 8-4-8. These guys are at least the equal of marine moral.

Hmm, that range is way short. With little in the way of friction one should have lethal capabilities capped only by line of sight. Just make sure a scenario is shorter than one orbit or you'll have to have orbital ROF as everything makes another shot. :)

Most will be crew counters in space ships not squads, until they pass the CS# they won't even be on map as crews.

Yes, but how many ASL Crew equivalents? For a 1000 person crew of a cruiser equivalent that means 200 CS# rolls! Even a SSN (~140) means 28 CS# rolls.

CH just added this to pre-order, ready by Christmas! With bonus scenarios and deluxe space maps.
At least three maps will just be black space (white hexsides) to represent outer space [OPTIONAL: For those people that object to the coloring possibly connoting some evil space, a dark blue will be substituted for black to provide a "safe" space].

In theory yes, but one needs to account for all the competing gravitational pulls between various masses of projectiles, spaceships, and celestial bodies. The designers better know what they're doing or else endure the lampooning:

I can hardly wait for the Space Force vehicles to be published. I suspect that some will require a inherent microchip for the armor, movement, and weapons values, like the O.G.R.E.

(And you think the T-35 and T-28 firing arcs are complicated.)

That will be in CH Retro Space Pack II, next February with larger space hexes and bonus (duplicates) counters and missing/lost scenarios from the archives.
