Is there a graphic or game option to turn off the snow and rain?

Slider, If there is I have never seen it.... The snow and rain is part of the scenario, you would have to build one w/o these elements being present...

Well I'm in campaign battles, but graphically it is just annoying (to me). It just slows game play and framerate with no benefit and give me a snowy tv picture...lol Would be nice to have on option to turn off the graphic effect at least like a sound option does.
