I don't think anyone can claim that "LOS" for a snap shot is sufficient to strip concealment alone, but say a unit using non-bypass NAM between two building hexes that such that the hex center dots are clearly out of LOS to the firing defender, but that same defending unit has an easily clear snap shot.
Q1) If a third unit could strip concealment in the moved _to_ hex, but not the moved _from_ hex, does the concealment strip happen before the snap shot or would the snap shot have to be declared before the concealment strip?
Q2) If the shot had to be declared before the LOS check by the 3rd unit, would he still have to shoot if the units turned out to be dummes?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Edit: If there is to be a third edition of the rules, cleaning up snap shots might be a good place to focus some effort.
