Adding concealment and bypass - among other important differences - will change the dynamics of SK scenarios in quite a massive way.
So, a minima, the degree of balance between the SK and full ASL use will be modified.
Better play full ASL scenarios (it is not as if not enough existed!) than try to adapt SK ones.
However, there are two Rally Point scenario packs by the Schwerpunkt team which allow to play under both systems (with some adaptations).

Those Rally Point issues (I think there are actually 3 of them now) are worth getting if you are interested in playing a scenario first using SK rules, then with full ASL rules. Each scenario has adjustments to help balance it for full ASL. I think they would make fine learning tools when taking the step up from SK to full ASL.
